Processing Times:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order.

Shipping Times:

Your order will be shipped through CTT (Portugal's mail service). Specific shipping times and prices vary.

Europe Standard (CTT, tracking included): approx. 7-10 days

International Mail (orders include tracking): approx. 21-28 days

Claims, Returns, and Exchanges:

Any claims for defects, broken or otherwise flawed items must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. All claims for lost packages in transit must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are found to be our fault are paid for by us.By default, the return address is the Mostly About Science facility. When we get a package that was sent back to us, an email will be sent to you automatically. If you don't use the Mostly About Science facility as the return address, you would be responsible for any packages that come back to you.

Wrong Address: If you give the courier an address that isn't good enough, the shipment will be sent back to our facility. Once we have confirmed with you that your address has changed, you will have to pay for reshipment (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that aren't claimed are sent back to our facility, and you'll have to pay for a reshipment to yourself or the final customer (if and as applicable). Goods that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Products can be returned or exchanged for a different size at your cost and choice.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be given: 1. the sale of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized; 2. Sealed goods that were opened after delivery can't be returned because they are no longer sealed can be refused at any time. This Policy will be ruled by and interpreted according to the English language, no matter what language is used to translate it for any reason.

Sticker Care:

All stickers are waterproof and sunproof! They are made with premium vinyl and are resistant to fading and scratching. It is recommended to gently wash any surfaces with stickers on it. 

Sticker Application:

To apply sticker, peel the white backing paper away from the sticker. Stickers are designed for a single-use application, but can be removed to little or no residue. If there is any remaining residue, we recommend using hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipe to remove the rest.

Drinkware Care:

Hand or Machine Wash. Care instructions are included in your order.
